Information we collect
We may collect contact details you provide, purchase and transaction details, and basic technical information used to keep the site secure and working correctly.
How we use information
We use information to deliver digital products, provide customer support, process payments, prevent fraud, and send marketing messages only where you have agreed to receive them.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by Paddle. We may also use trusted providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support. These providers process information only to perform their services.
Advertising cookies and the Pinterest Tag
We use the Pinterest Tag, provided by Pinterest (Pinterest Europe Ltd. for visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland, and Pinterest, Inc. elsewhere), to measure how our Pinterest ads perform and to improve and target those ads. When allowed, the tag shares with Pinterest: the pages you visit, when you sign up for a free coloring book (your name and email are not shared), when you add a book to your cart, and completed purchases (order number, order value, currency and product numbers). Pinterest also receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and its own cookie identifiers, and processes this under its own privacy policy.
Visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, or whose location we cannot determine, see a cookie banner, and Google Analytics, the Pinterest Tag and the Meta Pixel stay off unless they choose Accept. Elsewhere they are on by default and you can turn them off at any time. Use Cookie Settings in the footer of any page to accept, reject or withdraw your choice; a rejection takes effect immediately and stays saved in your browser, along with when you chose and which notice you saw.
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram ads)
We also use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland and Meta Platforms, Inc. elsewhere, to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. When allowed, it shares with Meta: the pages you visit, when you sign up for a free coloring book (your name and email are not shared), when you add a book to your cart (product number and price), and completed purchases (order number, order value, currency and product numbers). For our books made for people living with dementia, Meta never learns which book you looked at or bought: visits and cart additions on those book pages are reported only under one general book-page address with no book name, and their product numbers are left out of cart and purchase reports (only the price and order total are sent). The full address of those pages is not passed on to Meta. Meta also receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and its own cookie identifiers, and processes this under its own privacy policy.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Ltd. for visitors in the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland and Google LLC elsewhere, to understand how visitors use our store and how well our ads and pages work. When allowed, it receives: the pages you visit, when you sign up for a free coloring book (your name and email are not shared), when you add a book to your cart (book number, book name and price), and completed purchases (order number, order value, currency, and the books bought). Our books made for people living with dementia are handled the same way as for Meta: their pages are reported only under one general book-page address and title, and they appear only as a general "Printable Coloring Book" item, so Google never learns which of these books you looked at or bought. Google also receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and its own cookie identifiers, and processes this under its own privacy policy. One choice for all tracking
The same Cookie Settings choice controls Google Analytics, the Pinterest Tag and the Meta Pixel. Choosing Reject stops all three immediately. If you accepted before October 30, 2026, we ask again because Google Analytics was added.
