Digital downloads
Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final once the download is made available.
Problems with your order
If a file is defective, duplicated, or cannot be downloaded, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first help restore access or provide a replacement file.
Refund eligibility
A refund may be considered where required by law or when we cannot supply a working version of the product. Accidental purchases are reviewed individually before the file is downloaded.
How to request help
Use our contact page and include your order reference, purchase email, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are issued through Paddle to the original payment method.
